About Kurt Kopczynski

Kurt Kopczynski is a native Houstonian and has lived in several areas of the city, including: Sugar Land, Meadows Place, The Woodlands, Energy Corridor, Champions, and Downtown. With his extensive knowledge of real estate and experience with residential/commercial construction, Kurt is the perfect Realtor to help you buy, sell, invest, or flip homes.

Kurt is a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University and has career experience in commercial construction, facilities operations, internet marketing, and oil & gas (Chevron and BP). Kurt also has experience with owning rental properties, flipping homes, and custom builds on your own lot.

Kurt is happily married to his beautiful wife, Stacie, and together they have two gorgeous daughters and a new son. They currently reside in Meadows Place, Texas (near Sugar Land) where Kurt serves as a Mayor Pro Tempore and Board Director of the Economic Development Corporation.

We had a great experience with Kurt! We moved out of state and needed a reliable person to sell our house. From a distance he kept our house safe and looking good for viewings. Kurt worked together on a real estate transaction

I am investor from Phoenix, I usually visit homes in the Houston area to not only to see the properties, but to meet agents that might be well ahead of the game, this is how I found Kurt. He showed me a property about 6 months ago, at the time it did not fit my criteria, however we exchanged contacts (as he kept me in the loop for possible opportunities). Working with Kurt I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, always on schedule, had an army of resources and just an overall good guy… Well, I’m happy to say we closed on our first deal last week, and as I told him this is the first of many!

If you are a first-time buyer, looking for that dream home or an investor, this is the agent you want on your team.
